Service before the exhibition
Online ticket shop
Buying your ticket in advance is convenient and saves time. Your e-ticket gives you fast admission to the exhibition, as you don’t have to register and buy entrance tickets on arrival. The ticket shop is available from mid September 2010.
Presale tickets & visas abroad
To buy tickets abroad, please contact our representative in your country or order your ticket in the online ticket shop. Our representatives are also available to help and advise on visa matters.

Business Lounge and relaxation
The Business Lounge between halls 4/5 gives the opportunity to attend to important work away from exhibition activity or to recover from a strenuous journey. The services here include drinks, copying and printing service, e-mail/telephone/fax/Internet, daily papers. Our exhibition park invites visitors to undisturbed rest and relaxation.
Guidance at the exhibition centre
You will find our information counters throughout the exhibition site. Additionally exhibition guides with all exhibitors are available in the entrance areas.
Wireless LAN
WLAN now on the whole exhibition site.
